Alger 1933. While the civil war begins, Madame Osmane’s roomers have to sustain her grumpiness. Her husband just leaved her and she is very afraid to loose her respectability. She prefers to control all the doings in her house rather than controlling her own frustrations. When she learns that her daughter is in love, her fear to be alone will be at the top.
