Through a remarkable collection of postcards and the iconic story of one of its residents, the narrative unfolds entirely through archives, detailing the rise and fall of the French Council Estates built after the Second World War. These large housing projects were the urban and social flagships of the post-war boom. But, in just a few decades, they became stigmatized building and a symbol of political failure. 100% archival footage.
